Hi,
Congratulations on your pregnancy. It is not necessary that every pregnancy should have some complication; most often it does not. If the cause of the failure of your previous pregnancy is known, precautions should be taken if it is a preventable problem. Genetic defects and chromosomal anomalies may not repeat. If there is a strong genetic factor in the family, pre-pregnancy counselling is essential. Please take adequate bed rest, take a healthy diet, avoid all forms of stress and intercourse, take folic acid and have regular follow up. Wish you safe motherhood.
