Had IUD Mirena. Have Pelvic Pain. Ultrasound Shows Cyst. Shows Severe Pain In Side, Back. Mood Swings, Nausea. Treatment?

Hi, I am 22 years old, 128 pounds. 5I've had the IUD Mirena since July 23, 2012. This year in August I started having Pelvic pain and my Primary Doctor sent me to have a Ultrasound which showed I have a 4 cm Cyst on my left Ovary. I am having severe pain in my Pelvic, side, and back. Mood swings and nausea and tender breast.

Hi, it appears that you have pain due to the ovarian cyst, other causes could be the urinary tract infection, or stone in the ureter near the bladder.
So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation. Thank you.
