Hello and welcome to HCM,

I learn from your history that you are suffering from severe vertigo that has disrupted your normal routine.
The inner ear is responsible for maintaining the balance and equilibrium and of course hearing.
Vertigo occur due to any disease process in the inner ear.
This could be infection, inflammation, trauma, growth, etc.
You need to consult your an ENT specialist for clinical examination of the inner ear and relevant investigations.
The investigations required are- hearing tests, and tests for testing balance and equilibrium.
The cause of vertigo can be assessed after clinical examination, relevant investigations and thus management can be done.

Thanks and take care
