Had A Colposcopy And Pap Was Abnormal. Due For Conization. Should I Consider Going For A Hysterectomy?

I have just received my colposcopy results- CIN3 high grade- I am have conization done on Tuesday but have really been considering a hysterectomy..what is your opinion on this? I get annual paps and this was my first abnormal. It scares me it went from normal to stage 3 HGSIL. just looking for more opinions. Is this a cray thought or reasonable?

If you're under regular check up, you can preserve your uterus until menopause to avoid the post menopausal syndrome.aboveall you should follow your physician's opinion.
