Had A Craniotomy. MRI Done Recently. What Is A Moderate Amount Of Ethmoid Mucosal And Mild Circumferencial Mucosal?

Hello, I had a craniotomy in August 2011 to remove a Grade 1 ganglioglioma. It was small, about the size of a marble, in my right temporal lobe. I've had many MRI scans both pre and post operative. I had one two days ago, (almost 2 years since resection) I have the findings from that, and I'm not sure what some of the new changes mean. What is a moderate amount of ethmoid mucosal and mild circumferencial mucosal thickening in the maxillary sinuses?

thanks for your querry.
Its a grade 1 ethmoid and maxillary sinusitis, nothing related to your previous surgery, take topical steroidal spray like Flomist (Fluticasone) nasal spray for atleast 4 weeks. thanking you.
