Had A Fall And Have Hit Forehead, Just Felt Slightly Dazed Nothing Else. How Long Should Be Concerned About This?

I slipped on ice and hit my head this afternoon about 8 hours ago. I do not have any dizziness, balance problems, my pupils are not dialated. I did not lose conciousness, but for about 10 seconds felt slightly dazed. Neighbors insisted that I not try to stand up immediately, but after about 15 seconds I was able to get up and resume normal activities although I felt jittery for about 15 minutes, but that subsided. (Adrenaline rush from the jolt?) How long should I wait before going to bed and going to sleep?
