Had A Hard Time Breathing, Tightness In Chest, Light Headed, Shallow Breathing. Reason?
I am 23 and in the past week I've had a hard time breathing. I have shallow breathing, tightness in chest,light headed and can only get a deep breath by trying to yawn some times. I haven't been stressed or anxious, I do smoke cigarette but I have been trying not to smoke since this problem has occurred. What could possibly be the problem?

For how many years you are smoking?
it can be a obstructive lung disease.you should consult a physician and rule it out. If something like that is doubted u should get a spirometry done. then you can find out what exactly is wrong
