Had A Laceration On Finger Tip That Looks Like A Splinter Under The Skin. What Are The Black Spots Visible?

i got a laceration on my ring finger at the tip,from a barb wire fence almost a week ago and i usually heal quickly, however i seen there was what looked like to be a splinter, or something stuck at the top, someone told me it just looked like dried blood or skin, but i was pretty sure its not, last night i finally removed it, but there is still a little piece,and i know thats why it hasnt healed.. I also seea little arond it, there is two little black dots, what looks to be something still stuck beneath my skin. I touch it, and the area around it and it feels really wierd. i have not went to the hospital or urgent care, being i have no insurance, and i dont know what i should do
