Had A Nosed Bleed, Blood In Stool. Have Constipation. Need To Get Checked Immediately?

I had a nose bleed on Sat. The next evening I had two BM's, each with darkish red blood in the folds of round hard stools (I had been constipated for a while). The next morning I had two BM's again, but the second one seemed to have no more blood. Is this something to rush to see the doctor for, or wait to see if it happens again? What are the type of tests a doctor will typically do if I do go to see one?

as for your stools,it s due to the hard stools that u passed that caused bleeding, take some laxative n vegetable diet so that ur stool softens n thn watch for bleeding,if settled thn no problm,if not thn doc will advice u pt,aptt and CBC n local examination for fissure, the nose bleed doesnt seem related to it but can b confirmed after tests n examination, otherwise rule out local cause as hyperaemic congested nasal mucosa.
