Had A Pregnancy Test A Week Ago And It Was

Had a pregnancy test a week ago and it was positive. Went to the doctor 2 days after the test. Wgen we got there the obgyn just had me undergo papsmear because I was having rashes, I was positive for vaginal candidiasis qnd now under meds (vaginal tabs), my pregnancy was not confirmed yet that day because the doctor told me that we have yet to hear if there's a heartbeat at week six, I was only 5 weeks and one day that time. Tomorrow I will be six weeks exact. Well, last night, after standing a long time washing the dishes, i felt pain on only the left side of my lower back and lower ab, I had difficulty sleeping last night, when I woke up I still feel pain on the left lower back, no more on the ab, having head ache only on the left side too. No more pregnancy symptoms, as the only symptom I have the past few days is tender breast. No more of that.
