Had A Scar On My Foot, It Swells And Pain In The Toes. Had Steroid Inhections. Medical Cure For This?

Hi
I had a scarf akin on my right foot eight weeks ago and the foot still swells on top with use and I now keep getting pain in toes and pins and needles. Is this normal please?

Also, I had two steroid injections in each shoulder last Monday for bursitis and I'm getting a lot of shoulder pain still and restricted movement. Is this ok?

Many thanks

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.

This is not normal, but it is common sign of inflammatory processes in your joint. You should check your inflamatory markers, rheumatoid factors, gout factors and then it can be treated on right way. Also your foot symptoms can be caused diabetic neuropathy so you must regulate blood sugar levels.

Wish you good health.Regards
