Hello and welcome to HCM,

The lump present at the bent of the arm can be due to many causes.
This lump can be an inflammatory lesion, muscle swelling, tumor arising from muscle, soft tissue lesion, bony lesion, etc.
The symptoms of pain down the inner and outer arm suggests a nerve involvement.
Nerve involvement can be due to pressure caused by the swelling.

You need to consult your doctor for clinical examination, and investigations for appropriate management.
A fine needle aspiration cytology or a biopsy will determine the character of the lesion, its origin and type of cell making the lesion.

Thanks and take care
