Had A Sore Throat Wit Twitching In Lower Lip, Swelling In Uvula. Is It A Muscular Pain?

i have had a sore throat and back of my tongue is sore as well for over a week now along with my lower lip twitching. It is worse at night and in the morning and is extremely sore during these times. It feels like more of a muscular pain than an infection although my uvala was swollen at the beginning but has now went back to its normal size over the last 3 days.

hi.. you have upper respiratory tract infection..
see your physician for the prescription of antibiotics, analgesics.. take multivitamins..
do salt water gargling and steam inhalation...
