Hello I had a question about stopping cold with smoking Marijuana. I started smoking marijuana a few years back after I had a Chiari Malformation‎ and in the surgery they trimmed about a 1/2" off the bottom of my skull and trimmed the horns off my top two vertebrates. I was left with Nerve damage on my left side and the after care was horrible the woman treated me for grinding my teeth and nothing to do with the muscles being cut in my neck so I have been in pain since. I stopped taking "Neuron tin" for the nerve pain and moved towards a little weed at night before bed. It helped at first but then I started smoking more.So now I just stopped cold turkey and my neck and back of my skull are killing my I have pain behind my eyes and it feels like a stripe of hot lave flowing in my brain.I started drinking more water and trying to hydrate myself.My taste for food is messed up I hate eating anymore and feel dehydrated all the time.Are these symptoms of with drawl or could their have been some other drugs mixed in with my marijuana?My wife was concerned that possible their was something else in the weed. I am a patient and have a card to buy it from any of the legal weed shops in LA. I know their are some out their that are shady and the weed has not been tested for molds or and other pesticides and what not. I use one that has a rep for good old organic grown weed around the corner from my house. It has been about 10 since I quit. Is this normal or should I be looking into going back to Cedars for a MRI with my brain surgeon? Plus I have been stressed real bad about possibly having to move and the lack of stable work in the TV Film Bizz. I was thinking this is a common side of with drawl.I have also been having weird heart speed up ans slow down feeling at night and makes me uncomfortable sleeping.Any thoughts would be great Thanks you and look forward to hearing back from some doctors and not my wife freaking me out.I am 41 white male otherwise healthy. I have read that the Chiarra can come back in some cases, I am hoping that is not the problem. Also I had the surgery with out a shunt being placed with in me.I'm sorry I can not pay at this time as I am without much money from lack of work.
