Had Abortion. Took Plan B Pills. Vomiting A Lot. Feeling Weak And Tired. Coughed Blood. Reason?

I had an abortion in February I didn't go back to checkup after the one week. I took two plan B pills in may 30 June 3 .I vomit a lot idk why. Even wen I was pregnant I didn't noe cause the vomiting was normal to me. Now I have nausea more than usual I vomit and feel weak and tired . I coughed blood a few days ago. It was like a mucus substance. What's wrong with me?
