Had Abortion Due To Blood Germs, Baby Didn't Grow. Again Pregnant. Prescribed Loprin. Safe?

hi, i am 26 years old and married, i had faced missed abortion in my first pregnency due to blood germs, and because of that the baby didn't grow. now i am again pregnent and its just the start of my pregnency , you can say first week. my doctor prescribed me loprin 75 mg for growth. so is it safe ? and does it help in growth? my weight is 51

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Aspirin usually helps in preventing miscarriage, growth retardation etc due to coagulation disorders.
As you had previously history of growth retardation of the baby, possibly aspirin will help in
development of baby in present pregnancy.
A long with that supplementing folic acid and other nutrients are necessary.
Take regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations.

loprin is given to prevent further missed abortions.its perfectly safe.get gynaec checkup.will require investigations.
also, will require hormones.
take bed-rest.
