Had Abscess On Body, Applied Castor Oil. Now Having The Bald Spot. Cure?

Hi my name is Rachel and I m 17 years old I ve had a few abscess s on my body before but a few weeks ago I grew one on my scalp and it was pretty big, I continually put castor oil on it and after a couple of days it drained out. But now I have a bald spot about the size of a quarter, I don t really see any hair growing. I would like to know if it will grow back and about how long and so on, thank you.
