Had An Ultrasound, Transvaginal Scan, Retroverted With An Intramural Myoma Nodule, Anthrophic Ovaries. Meaning?

good evening dr. i just want to clear about the result on my ultrasound report, as the remarks says that transviginal scan shows a slightly bulky cervix, homogeneous , exhibiting rich color flow on initial color mapping. the uterus is normal in size, retroverted with an intramural myoma nodule at the mid posterior area 1.50 x 1.26 cm. the endometrium measures 0.37 cm, isoechoic and intact. both ovaries are small and compact. no free fluid in the cul-de-sac.

the impression:
slightly bulky cervix consider cervical pathology
normal sized retroverted uterus with myoma nodule
thin endometrium
anthrophic ovaries

this are the result from the ultrasound dr.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The uterus is normal size
Retroverted refers to its position inside of the pelvis.
Homogenous means that the areas seen appear the same, there are no abnormal areas seen
A fibroid (intramural myoma) was seen.
The endometrium is the lining of the uterus, it is described as thin
Atropic ovaries means that they are decreasing or small in size.

I hope this helps
