Had Back Surgery And Was In Hospital For Five Days,

Had back surgery and was in hospital for five days, this was in September...Since I've had trouble with my bowels, first, it was diaharea,and now I find out from test done at the ER that my large intestine is totally full. Dr prescribed a clear liquid and I took all as directed. NOTHING but brown water. Since Sunday I've been taking Miralax and then tonight an enema, still NOTHING....What can I do?
