Had Bleeding Problem And Did Scan. What Are The Findings?

My wife had a bleeding problem 3 days back and did scan.
Scan report shows below information
1. SINGLE IRREGULAR I.U SAC IS NOTED
MSD MEASURES(3.3X2.7X1.4CM)2.5CM CORR TO FA OF 7W6D+/-1WK
2. A TINY FETAL POLE IS SEEN HOWEVER FETAL CARDIAC ACTIVITY IS NOT SEEN
3. YOLK SAC IS UNHEALTHY
4. CHORIODECIDUA IS WEAK
5. NO ADNEXAL MASS
6. NO FREE FLUID IN POD
could you please suggest me what is the problem

Hello
Thanks for your query.
The report suggests a missed miscarriage.
This means that there was a pregnancy, however the baby failed to develop a cardiac activity.
Your wife would require termination of pregnancy, which in such cases, is best done with a D and C ( dilatation and curettage ) procedure.
Make sure that the products of conception obtained by curettage are sent for biopsy and chromosomal analysis.
