Had Bleeding With Clots. Have Painful Swollen Lump. External Hemorrhoid?

I think I have an external hemorrhoid. It started bleeding last night really bad with clots in it and today its swollen and painful and the lump is still there. I have been dealing with noticing blood and pain for 2weeks now and the pain is getting worse. What should I do? I work retail and everynight I come home my underwear have blood in them and I hurt worse. I'm scared..

yes probably you are suffering from hemorrhoid.
For now you can use sits bath.

It is a bath containing potassium permangnate.
This will provide you some relief.

Surgery is the best treatment.
