Had Bulimia For About 5 Years. Undergoing Depression. Suggest Remedy

I have had bulimia for about 5 years. I don't feel that I can talk to anyone about it and I feel extreme anxiety when talking to friends or even the people that I live with. How do I overcome my depression and get the old me back that everyone loves to be around?

HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

In bulimia nervosa, treatment of choice is antidepressant like fluoxetine or escitalopram. You can take any of them after psychiatrist consultation. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. It would keep anxiety level low. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
