Had Chest X Ray. What Does The Findings Suggest?

In my Chest X-Ray the result is shown Inhomogenous opacity noted in the right upper zone s/o condition.

Both costphrenic & cardiophrenic angles are clear with cadiac silhouetto normal.

Can some body let me know what should be the diagnous. I still have caugh with some blood coming in spite.

I think that your Chest X-Ray is not enough to decide about your diagnosis.
So I would suggest to :
- consult pneumologist specialist.
- run High resolution chest CT
