Had Circumcision Done 6 Weeks Ago. Have Swelling. Pain During Erection. Healing Time?

I had my circumcision about 6 weeks ago, but there is swelling underneath the head (like a ring), which is not going away. It has been the same and there is no change. In addition, the top part is less swollen, but the bottom part is extremely swollen. I am worried that this is a permanent condition. I also feel pain when I get erected. What I am most worried is that there is just no change since my compression bandage off, which was about 4 weeks ago.

Usually, pain if any, after circumcision, should be gone within 1 month but in some patients it may last longer.

You should consult your surgeon for pain and swelling. Doctor may rule out infection or surgical complication if any.

Treatment would be directed as per cause.
