Had Dizziness, Faintiness, Sudden Pain In Arm. Breast Cancer Survivor. BP High. Could The Symptoms Be Heart Related?

Yes, please. I had some dizziness/faintness earlier today--around 2:00. I laid down for 1/2 hour and rested, drank some water. Then I went to do errands and on my way home I had a sudden pulsating pain in my right arm (I am a breast cancer survivor and had axillary lymph nodes removed in that arm). I was doing exercises with my arm earlier today. The pulsating pain lasted about two minutes, it was between my shoulder and my elbow. I'm concerned that the dizziness I experienced and the arm pain may be related--and could be my heart? I checked my BP when I got home and it read 136/83, which is high for me.
