Had Done Sperm Analysis And Shows Active Sperm Count Is Low. Treatment?

hi, I am a married person and just done with my semen analysis . My active sperm count is too low which makes me very upset. I need your advice on the same. Thanks Hereunder are my test reports. Volume: 6Ml Color: off-white Consistency:Viscous Liquefaction Time: 30 Minutes pH: 8.0 Micro: Sperm Count: 25 Million/ml Active: 5% Sluggish:15% Immotile:80%

Hello, Welcome To HCM, I am Dr. Das

look, your semen analysis report indicates sperm count is within normal limit ( as per WHO 2010, normal is >15 million / ml).

Motility is below normal limit ( normal is >50% as per WHO 2010).

So, overall, the report shows that you have low sperm motility.

You have to take coenzymeQ, micro and macronutrient group of drugs. they all help in improving the sperm count.

So, consult with an infertility specialist for further management.
