Had Ectopic Pregnancy. Did Laproscopy. Took Methotreaxate. Have Non Tuberculosis Mycobacteria In My Menstrual Blood. Cause?

Dear dir, in jan I had an left ectopic pregnancy . The doctors dond leproscopy and remove the tissue from thd tube. To dissolve the tissue they hav given three doses of methotreaxate. They hav nt found the reasin behind it. Recently I got to know that my tb gold is positive and also the non tuberclulosis mycobacteria in my mensutral blood . Do plz suggest me what I should do to conceive

thank you for your qery.
the tretment that you need to conceive is anti tubercular treatment as your misscarriage is due to that.So if you eliminate the cause then if it didnt form any adhesions you will get good results.Thank you
