Had Fever, Congestion, Cough, Green Coloured Mucus. On Nyquil. What Is The Solution?

Yes - my daughter (20 yrs old) had a fever for 2 days with coughing, severe congestion (green colored mucus) the highest her fever reached was 102.8. 2 nights 101.7 Third day just stuffy, whoozy from nyquil (coughed only in morning - deadly sounding - but has not coughed all day. She slept for 2 days ALL DAY - today only a nap and eating well. No temperature today. She wants to go to school tomorrow - I think that is a mistake. She probably has the flu or a viral infection. What say you????
