Had Fever Due To Throat Infection. Took Antibiotics, Was Better, Now It Has Reoccurred. Have Dizzy Feeling. Suggestions?

Hai,I am a teacher, recently I suffered from fever due throat infection. My doctor advised a course of antibiotics for three days and I was ok. but, after four or five days again with the same symptoms I had to go to the same doctor and she gave me a course of lighter dose of antibiotics. after that I was ok, but since two days I am suffering from reeling of my head especially when i am standing or sitting. Please explain why, and how do I overcome this?

as we ive antibiotics sinuses clear and after some time aain the mucus falls in the throat ivin like soar throat and fecer
you need to clear sinuses bytakin metronidazple bd dose as they clesr sinuses fast
take antiallerics to decrease secretions in sinuses and pnd
analesic sos
after this episode et xray pns waters view and consult ent specialist to clear the sinuses to prevent further attacks
