Had Flesh Colored Patch Of Bumps On Thigh, Knee Since A Kid, New Eruptions Started On Calf

I have small flesh-colored bumps on the back of my upper thighs, in a group on the outside of my left calf (a little lower than my knee ), and to the upper right of my right knee as well. I have no idea what this is. You can feel them and see them if you look for them. I have had the bumps on the backs of my legs since i was a kid. Now they are getting worse and the patch on the outside of my left calf is pretty new (within the last year).
