Had Gas And Chest Pain. ECG Shows Anterior Hemiblock. Have Diabetes. Anything To Worry?

i have diabetes for almost 12 years,but under control, bp normal,no heart disease,acidity problem for few days. 2 days back i suffered from gastric problem,and had a chest ache in the middle of chest ....i vomited and the problem was gone.had an ECG and report says 800 sinus rhythm,510 suspect left anterior hemiblock,205 left axis diviation....is it something to worry about?

Hi Aankhi

Nothing to be worried as such with left anterior hemiblock alone without any other ECG changes. If you have symptoms next time I would also advice you to undergo a stress test and echocardiography
