Had Grease Pop Into Eye, Given An Antibiotic Lubricant To Put On Eye For Several Days, Eyesight Still Fuzzy.

I was had grease pop into my eye. I blinked out of reflex and it spread across my eye and under my eyelid . I rinsed it with cool water alot and it helped. I was given at the emergency room an antibiotic lubricant to put on my eye for several days. My eyesight is still fuzzy though. Shuld this clear up or should I go have an eye examine from another doctor?

Hello,
It seems from the history that you had grease pop into your eyes for which you were treated at emergency department and given antibiotics and lubricants.

The treatment you are on is correct and if the symptoms wont come down need to get examined by another doctor or same doctor to rule out any other associated conditions.

Thank you
