Had Growth Removed On Thigh, Swollen, Ear Pain. Any Relation?

I had a growth removed today (most likely a wart) on my r thigh, I received 2 injections of lidocaine to numb the area, then the MD scraped it off with a curette. when I got home I went to eat something and had pain behind and at the base of my r ear, and the whole area very swollen Any relation?

it might be due to lymph node inflamation due to any infection. need not to worry. take tablet diclofenac with serratiopeptidase one tablet in morning and one in evening. and tablet augmentin 675 mg twice a day and hot fomentation. will be cured in 3 days.....
