Had Heart Tension Attack, TIA, Migraines, Lower Lumbar Narrowing, Sciatia And Pain In Both Legs. What To Do ?

I've had everyone of the symptoms listed for MS and had many tests for same, yet my neurologist still won't label me with that diagnosis. I've had an out of the blue heart tension attack; an out of the blue TIA with no prior reason or problems...I've had history of years of back injury and had many cervical injections for an upper extremity injury with migraines. I have low spinal fluid pressure, with brain lesions, but no floating matter. current problems my lower lumbar is showing signs of narrowing and irritating nerves that go to sciatica and pain into both legs and severe pain in feet with severe inflammation. I've been low on Vit D for over 3 years and am on 100,000IU a week RX. I am also injecting B12 once a month now 1ml. I have reynauds in hands and feet as well. I am unable to be functional and be on my feet to do normal things like groceries, dishes, laundry, fix meals, etc. When I try to walk it becomes worse but it is necessary to stay mobile. I am not feeling like I am getting an all around doctor to see my whole picture. I have a neuro, rheuma, and general md. They each could really care less who is doing what care and only believe in their own care. (I have past lupus (not active), fibromyalgia, hypothryroid, reynauds, back injury cervical and lumbar, and upper extremity over use syndrome.

Radiologist, Interventional 's  Response
Hello,

Thank you for your detailed description of your health issues.

Your history of TIA is the most serious issue here and needs to be looked into right away.

A TIA is a sign of an impending stroke if not treated in time.

You need to have an MRI of your Brain with an MR Angiogram of the neck vessels and brain to look for any stenosis of your Carotid and Vertebral arteries.

This can be treated by Angioplasty and Stenting by a Neuro-Vascular Interventional Radiologist like myself.

Regards,

Dr.Saurabh Joshi,
