Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, She had Hypothyroidism with high level of TSH and she is positive positive anti-TPO means you have these antibodies in your body which act against the thyroid cells leading to hypothyroidism.
Most often this is a progressive disease. As of today we do not have treatment against autoimmunity therefore we replace thyroid hormone in form of Thyroxine.
Please visit a Physician /Endocrinologist to examine you and again test thyroid function and take treatment accordingly. Please do not stop treatment by yourself as it is dangerous.
For hair loss please consult a good Dermatologist it may be related to autoimmunity.
if you don't medication, then there are higher chances of heart disease, dyslipidaemia apart from symptoms of hypothyroidism like mental/physical slowness, weight gain, constipation, change in voice.
Take Care
Good Luck.
