hi sir actually me and my girlfriend did sex in 10th of september 2013 and then she took a unwated 72 on same day 10th of september 2013 ,,and she's date of period was 13th september so period no came properly period is very lightly tip of black blood ,,,and no after one month in october she's date not came till now.........so pls tell me sir pls m very scare...........pls pls

Hello my friend.

If unwanted 72 was taken within 24 hours, its efficacy is 98 %. This means that you can be 98 % sure that she will not get pregnant.

As for the menstrual irregularity, this could be caused by the use of the particular pill. Please wait for a while longer and if she does not get her period within 7 days, then conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample and write back to me with the result.
