Had Intercourse But Did Not Ejaculated Followed By Fingering. Took Plan B. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hello I recently had brief intercourse with my girl friend it only lasted about 15 secs or so, I did not ejaulate I did notice that I did have some Pre-ejaculation on my penis. We did not progress any more after that, I did finger her after though. I was scared so I bought plan B and she took it 14 hours later what the chances of her becoming pregnant?

As she has taken emergency contraceptive pill in time risk of having pregnancy is less.
Weather sex play is short or not having ejaculation or having pre-cum, there are always risk of having pregnancy is there.
