Hi
such symptoms usually occurs after bowel resection and presents with short Gut Syndrome. in which food do not get much time to stay in bowel for digestion and absorption.
However symptoms can be improved with taking small amount of foot every after some interval rather than taking the whole food at one time. take fibrous diet and fresh fruits. do regular exercise.
Regards
