Had Irregular After Chicken Pox. Have Thyroid, Taking Eltroxin. Delayed Periods, Bloating And Abdomen Pain. Cause?

I'm 25 years,86 kgs,5'5 height,had regular perirods(28 days) till january 2013,Became Irregular after Chicken pox in january,Tested positive to hypothyroid in August,Using Eltroxin 100mcg since 25th august.Periods not appeared due date september 20.Experiencing severe bloating,very mild pain towards right side of abdomen,some bubbling or pulling sensation at nights,frequent defaecation(3-4 times a day).Can this be PCOD symptoms or Pregnancy, cant see a doctor for another 15 days,very eager to know. plz help me.
