Had Irregular Periods. Done Hormone Tests. Meaning Of Low Progesterone Level?

Hi I had very irregular periods for 1 year and I went for hormone tests DAY4 of menstrual cycle FSH: 7.9 IU/L Day8 LH: 12.1IU/L Day 21 from the date of my next period due(about 42 days of menstrual cycle) Progesterone: 5nmol/L I am concerned about the low progesterone level does that mean I am not Ovulating?

Hi ,Low progesterone indicates absence of ovulation. With your history it is difficult to comment on cause of anovulation.Your LH/FSH indicates otherwise normal pituitary hormones. Please mention your weight, height , BMI and if in
creased hair growth present or not.
