Had Laporoscpy For Enodmetriosis. Trying To Concieve. Tips?
Hi I'm 23yrs old and had a laporoscpy on christmas eve last last year for enodmetriosis, the operation went well. Me and my partner have been trying to concieve for the past 12 months had no luck as of yet, but recentlly I started my period a week early and it only lasted 4 days which is unusal, now I'm experiencing lower back pains and stomach cramps, also itch breasts I'm not sure whethere its worth investigating or quite normal? Any tips on how to hep with conception? Thank you

Hi, you are 23 years , laproscopy done for endomatriosis, recently lower back pain and stomach cramps.
The periods becoming irregular, stomach pain and low back pain. the reason could be anemia, or infection which are also obstacles for conception.
Have sex between 11th day to 20th day of the period, avoid sex from 1st day to 10th day od the period. follow male above sex, and stay for about 15 minutes in position after sex. Thank you.
