Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic. Presence of hydrosalpinx affects fertility to a great extent. Also endometriosis affects fertility by different means. My advice is to follow the following plan: - 3 cycles of ovulation induction and folliculometry followed by timed intercourse. - 3 cycles of ovulation induction followed by intrauterine insemination. - intra cytoplasmic sperm injection and repeat till getting pregnant. If you are over 35 years you may start with step 2 or 3 as your doctor decides. Before doing ICSI you should have laparoscopic tubal disconnection to improve the results. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
