Had Light Blood In My Urine. Had UTI Blood Test Shows Low WBC. Can Antibiotics Be Avoided?

i have light blood in my urine, cloudy, and heavy urine (harder to pee). I'd never had this until I had a bad UT infection/hospitalization in January, recurrence in June and now, it seems another one. Could there be something other than a UT infection. Can I avoid antibiotics? Otherwise, very healthy, 55-year old, active, vegetarian female. June blood test showed low-ish WBC.

thank you
