Had Lump That Is Movable Where Inguinal Lymph Node Are Located. Noticed Hard Lump On Cheek. Suggest?

I've had a lump about the size of an almond - it's "squishy" and movable and hasn't changed size since I noticed it 6 months ago; it's right where the inguinal lymph nodes are located so I've just assumed it was a swollen lymph node. However, about 2 weeks ago I noticed a hard, pea sized lump under the skin on my left cheek about an inch below my eye - I can't tell if it's movable because I can't tell if I'm just moving the skin above it or if it is actually moving a little too. Finding this 2nd lump has me worried! Do U think the lumps are related? What could this be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi

The swelling near the groin can be a lymphnode. The correct diagnosis can be made by Fine needle aspiration cytology test.

The lesion below the eye can be a sebaceous cyst.It is better to remove this completely and send it for histopathological examination(Biopsy).

Please consult a surgeon and proceed accordingly.

Wish you good health.

Regards
