Hi. I would like to know the best way to lose weight due to extremely low hormone levels. I used to go and have bio identical treatment and once my levels of testosterone, estrogen, etc. crept up, I found I lost weight that I couldn't before, and kept it off for 3 years due to the yam based pellet implants. Now that I haven't been for 16 months, I have put on weight again and am doing nothing different to what I was before the treatment and since, so I know the hormone treatment was the reason I lost the weight. What can I do now to lose it again. By the way I'm a 62 year old woman who had a total hysterectomy 12 years ago now; ovaries were also removed at the time. The reason I stopped having the treatment was due to excessive amounts of testosterone I was given, which caused male pattern baldness, which as you can imagine, is extremely upsetting, so now I have to go to Hair Club every month. I was not the only lady to have this happen at this particular facility and a Civil Suit is going on, but meanwhile, how can I now lose the weight again? I'm getting extremely depressed about it and can't believe there isn't a way to lose it again other than have similar treatment somewhere else.
