Had Medication Clarithromycin, Headache, Sore Throat. Help?

I was recently ill and put on the medication clarithromycin, but everyday I took the medication did not make me feel any better, slowly the symptoms decreased and while I was supposed to stay on the medicine for 10 days, I only took it for 6 because I kept feeling a headache that would not go away without advil or something of that nature. I have been off the medicine for 3 weeks, but continue to have a sore throat, do I need to go into see a doctor again?

diagnosis pin to sinusitis
as there is soar throat the antibiotics causes dryness of mucus in sinus causing headache
the pnd of mucus from sinus to back of pharynx causes soar throat
need to use sinus specific antibiotics
anti allergics to reduce mucus secretions in sinus and that will decrease post nasal mucus
aniseptic mouth ash for gargles for soar throat
analgesic for headache
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd and sea water 2 dops at night each nose o clear back of pharynx and tonsils
use for 10 dauys but ake consultation from ent doctor to treat it to prevent further recurences
