Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Your doctor would have to review your ears to determine whether you need an additional course of antibiotics. If there is still discharge, redness or the tympanic membrane still appears infected then he or she would suggest another course.

If is possible that the symptoms that you are experiencing in the left ear are related to eusthachian tube dysfunction which can occur as a result of an ear infection. The use of decongestants and antihistamines may help relieve these symptoms.

If you are still using the cream for the thrush, you may not notice any improvement as yet. IF it remains after you have completed the course then you may need to see your doctor for an alternative treatment.

I hope this helps
