Had Missed Periods. Home Test Positive. Doctor Tested Negative. Chances Of Pregnancy?

I have had now two missed periods in a row I'm 25 and very sexually active I took one at home test came back with the word pregnant on it doctor has ran two one blood test and one pee test both negative with my first son which is 5 I had one neg blood and 4 negative pee before I found out via ultrasound could I be pregnant now

Among few confusing pregnancy reports, ultra sound is only the option.
Go for ultra sound to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
