I am 37 wks and 2 days pregnant
I had my sonography yesterdy and I m really very anxious about the reading.
there is disparity in bpd and fl. The measurement for gestational age is as follows B.p.d 39 wks 3days
head 38 wks
Abd 34 wks 3 days
fl 37 wks 2 days
fetal weight 2836 gms
My ob said this reading is abnormal and may be your baby is dwarf or will born with down syndrome....please please please help me and tell me is this true ... so that I can make my self ready....to face the circumstances.

In my opinion you shouldn't worry and seek second opinion form different obstetrician.
Difference of BPD and femur length is 2 weeks one day. It is acceptable in late pregnancy.
Gross discrepancy is in abdominal circumference only and AC indicates more towards fetal weight.
There are many features associated with down syndrome and only two week discrepancy in BPD and FL doesn't indicate towards Down syndrome. Even typical findings of down syndrome should be supported by blood tests as only sonographic findings may be false positive or false negative.

yes the above finding are abnormal but I would recommend you have repeat scan from another sonologist before we discuss findings in details.
Mean while how old are you?, have you been on any medications?, where do you work, any occupational exposure to radiations, chemicals? Hope I answered your question, will be happy to help you if you need more clarifications
