Had Natural Miscarriage. Bleeding Heavily And Cramping, Rashes On Chest And Neck. Related? What Is Going On?

I had a natural miscarriage two weeks ago when I was 15 weeks along. The bleeding stopped shortly after it happened. Last night, I started bleeding very heavily and cramping. I went to the ER then, but they didn't tell me much, just to follow up with my regular OBGYN. I can't see him for two weeks. Now, I have a rash on my chest and neck. Could this be related? What's going on?

Hi,
Thanks for query.
Your misscarriage is because of rubella infection(german measels),it is a type of viral infection,causing abortion during pregnancy.
Go for D&C.
Not plan pregnancy for further 1yrs.
Took antiviral treatment.
Go for TORCH test also.
